QT4-24B is small semi-automatic baking-free block making machine, mechanical vibration, platform and mold vibration, electric push-pull mould, automatic feeding material, simple to operate, saving labor force.
QT4-24B semi-automatic block making machine uses international brand-name Germany Siemens motors and Japan Mitsubishi PLC, the over travel-limit switch is Omron brand, reliable quality, low fault rate and durable. It adopts national standard high strength steel, reliable quality.
Normal production needs about five persons: one operates the mixer, one person operates the host machine, and one person feeds material, the left two transport brick.
This machine can produce hollow block (400*200*200mm) 450pcs per hour, solid/standard brick (240*115*53mm) 3000 pcs per hour.
